We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipping to states where it's required by law. Whether or not tax is charged depends on your state and local regulations.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping
   • Fulfillment:
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-10 Business days depending on the item. (i.e. T-shirts 1-3 days, embr. 5-10 days)
   • Shipping: Shipping usually takes 3-5 days once your order leaves our facility.
   • Delays: During peak seasons (holidays, major church events) or due to carrier/weather issues, processing and delivery may be delayed.

Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking. You can find your tracking number in your account dashboard when your order status changes from “Being Fulfilled” to “Shipped.”

Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? We may be able to accommodate rush or bulk orders. Please email us at support@thechurch.shop to check availability.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or change-of-mind.

We DO cover:
Manufacturing defects
Damaged items
Incorrect items sent
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days with a photo/video and your order number. We'll replace it free of charge. Complete this form for replacement/refund.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include production/fulfillment, digitization or shipping. 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or 'Delivered but Not Received' Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Please check around your property and with others in your household.

Verify the shipping address on your order.

Check with your neighbors and local post office/carrier.

Sometimes carriers scan a package as delivered up to 24 hours before it actually arrives.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery.
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has begun processing or shipped.

FAQ's

The post office says my order was delivered, but it’s not here!
Please email us right away so we can help investigate: support@thechurch.shop.

I received a flawed or damaged item.
We’re so sorry! Email us a photo and your order number. We’ll get you a replacement ASAP.

I received the wrong item or my order is missing something.
Mistakes are rare, but they do happen. Email us at support@thechurch.shop and we’ll make it right.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Sorry, we do not offer pick-up service at this time.

I forgot my discount code. Can I get a refund?
Discounts must be applied at checkout. We’re unable to apply discounts retroactively.

Sizing Questions?
Please check our size guides for each item. If your item doesn’t match the stated size or is mislabeled, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Larger sizes?
If you need a size not listed, let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate, but availability depends on our suppliers.

Will shirts shrink?
Most shirts are pre-shrunk. For best results, wash in cool water and hang dry or tumble dry on low.

Do you offer custom design or screen printing?
Absolutely! Our design team can help bring your ideas to life. For custom or bulk orders, email support@thechurch.shop for a quote.

Refunds On Subscriptions 


We don’t offer refunds for:

• Annual plans canceled after 14 days following the first payment
• Monthly plans
• Renewal payments - 10 days before an annual subscription renews, we'll send you a renewal reminder email. If you don’t want your subscription to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renew.

Request Replacement 

Please provide photo or video details of your concern for damaged or incorrect sizing. 

• For damaged, stained and/or misprinted items, send a photo of the whole garment AND a close up of the issue. 

• For size issues that are different smaller than sizing listed on product pages, please submit the following that apply: 
     1. Photo of tag of garment showing brand and size
     2. Photo with tape measure from neck to bottom of garment
     3. Photo with tape measure from left to right at the chest
     4. Photo of damage
